Erika Mercurio began her career working at Harper’s Bazaar and Real Simple. After a decade in magazine publishing, she left to focus on her love of interior design and started Erika Mercurio Design, a business that revolves around her unique approach to fresh, stylish interiors.

Her design philosophy focuses on creating comfortable, beautiful, yet functional homes and maximizing interior space with smart, chic investment pieces that fit both a design aesthetic and a practical need. In addition to expertise with storage and organizing solutions, Erika draws on her passion for sourcing unique objects and pieces that will make your home feel truly special. From Moroccan rugs and Turkish Oushaks, mid-century antiques and custom upholstery, to the best of current market items and one of a kind furniture pieces built especially for you, Erika will curate a personalized, unique living space that you love coming home to each day and night.

Erika graduated from Boston College and studied at the New York School of Interior Design, as well as under prestigious designers Thom Filicia, and Charlotte Barnes.
